These terms and our privacy policy may be revised anytime so you should regularly read them, as the terms in force at the time you use the website or at the time you place an order, shall be the applicable one.

The sale of items on this website is conducted under the name Parlamento by Alexandra & Figueiredo Lda., a company registered with both corporation identification and commercial registry office number 504 175 220 and corporate headquarters at Rua dos Correeiros, n.º 61, 2.º, 1100-162 Lisboa.

By placing an order in our website you are offering to purchase a product and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

You may create an account on our website which will contain your order history and save a log of your billing and delivery address, phone number, and e-mail. It will allow you to check out faster, see your past orders and manage returns.

When you place an order, you should follow the online shopping procedure, and then you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order (the order confirmation), later you will be informed via an email where we confirm that the product will be sent (the delivery confirmation”). An electronic receipt containing details of your order must be attached to the delivery confirmation (the e-receipt).

The price of all products will be as stipulated in Euros on our site at any given moment and Parlamento reserves the right to revise the prices at any time without notice.

While we try to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as canceled and if you have already paid for the products you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies, or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

All prices include VAT but do not include delivery charges, which will be added to the total amount due.

Payment can be made by money transfer, MB Way, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or a Parlamento gift card. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway that we do not have access to. Nor do we store any personal card or payment information.

In accordance with the rules and regulations in force, all purchases made through this Website are subject to the applicable Portuguese Value Added Tax (VAT) rate.

All product orders are subject to availability. Should difficulties arise concerning the supply of products or where no more items remain in stock, you will be reimbursed any amount that you have paid for the unavailable items within 10 days.

The product risk will be your own from the moment of delivery. You take ownership of the products when we receive full payment of the amounts due for the same, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, whichever is later.

In accordance with the applicable rules, you may terminate the contract (except when the object of the contract is any of the products for which the right to return is excluded) at any time within 14 days (cooling-off period) of its formalization. If you do so, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the products and you shall be liable for the direct costs of returning the product.

You may exercise your right to cancel by any legally permitted means, and this right shall be deemed to have been exercised when you send the cancellation document provided or return the products.

You do not have a contractual right to return the following products:

• Customized items;
• Socks;
• Opened parfums or colognes;
• Underwear.

You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the website shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensor. You are not permitted to use this material.

Do not misuse this website by intentionally introducing viruses, trojan horses, logic bombs, or any other technologically harmful or damaging material. Parlamento is not liable for delays or for non-performance due to force majeure. For as long as a force majeure situation persists, Parlamento is relieved from the performance of its obligations.
