Within 14 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to return your order. Returns can be placed in store, but kindly note that refunds will be processed through the original payment method. If you would like to change to a different item, a new order/purchase must be placed.
The returned products should not have been worn, used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. For hygiene reasons underwear, pierced jewellery and skincare products cannot be returned.
Parlamento will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping, and for that reason we strongly advise you to ship your order return with a tracking number. Any shipping charges that may incur when returning the products are on customer’s responsibility.
Prior to shipping, returns should be notified to us via email (email@example.com) stating the order number, and sent to the following address:

In cases where the product is defective, or damaged, or you consider that, upon its delivery, the product does not match what was stipulated you must contact us immediately through email by providing the product details, as well as a description of the damage found, or by calling us at (+351 213 900 506), who will then tell you how to proceed.
PARLAMENTO is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. For safety reasons, we strongly advise our customers to ship the products with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 14 business days at the latest, after PARLAMENTO receives the returned products.
The refund will be made through the original payment method. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by PARLAMENTO.
