Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch.

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

National orders will be delivered within 2 working days from the day you received the shipping confirmation. Orders placed within European Union will be delivered in 5 working days; as for the rest of the world, up to 14 working days. Please note that during the Portuguese National Holidays and Sale season, orders may take up to 7 days to dispatch.

PARLAMENTO occasionally offers free deliveries on all orders, which will be clearly stated on our website. Please note that campaigns for free deliveries will be activated on your order on the payment page.

Order Confirmations are sent out automatically as an order is placed, and is regarded as a confirmation that an order has been placed. Parlamento reserves against changes in stock levels and prices as a result of technical difficulties. As the order is processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation is sent out confirming the purchase.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email will include carrier and tracking info for your parcel. Please note that during Sale, dispatch time may take up to 7 days.

Orders within Portugal will be shipped with CTT Portugal and delivered to your chosen address. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive the CTT  tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on ctt.pt.

Free shipping applies for national orders over 150 euros. Discount will be automatically redeemed upon checkout.

National orders can also be placed under the in-store pickup method, free of charge. Once the order is ready to be collected, you will receive a confirmation email. For safety reasons, you must present the order number and billing name, upon the collection of the order.

International orders will be shipped with UPS Standard. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the UPS tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on ups.com.

The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.

Free shipping applies for EU orders over 200 euros. Discount will be automatically redeemed upon checkout.

PARLAMENTO cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be covered by PARLAMENTO.
