Our Story

Founded in October 2019, PARLAMENTO is a council of niche and familiar brands, located in the heart of Lisbon. Here, brands like Carhartt WIP, Stüssy, Brain Dead, and Aries coexist in an intimate yet open environment.

Our “parliamentary duties” date back to 1996, when we opened Portugal’s very first streetwear shop, Big Punch, offering a selection of brands such as Levi’s Vintage, Carhartt, Stüssy, Red Wing, and Visvim. Streetwear became a part of the city’s landscape, connecting with a generation seeking international and independent brands.

Twenty-two years later, PARLAMENTO has evolved into a more complete (and democratic) space, yet it remains driven by the same passion to contribute to culture and community.
